J&P’s ISOPRO® Balcony Thermal Breaks are used in the apartment balconies at 100 Burnt Oak Broadway, known as Icon at Burnt Oak.
The mixed-use development is located on the former Tesco site consisting of apartments between three and 14 storeys high, including much needed affordable homes, and commercial areas spread over the basement, ground and first floors. Site possession took place in spring 2021 and the project will be delivered in 2023.
ISOPRO® provides a thermally insulated, load bearing connection for balconies and walkways.
