Battersea Power Station Phase 3 consists of 1300 homes in a variety of sizes, together with a 160 room hotel, restaurants, leisure complex and retail environment. One of the standout features of this phase is Prospect Place, which consists of five buildings overlooking Electric Boulevard. These buildings showcase stunning apartments, luxurious penthouses, and charming townhouses, all adorned with sculptural white façades that span an impressive total area of 27,200 square meters.

Description: Bespoke JORDAHL® cast-in channel fabrications were designed to sit on the decking and provide bolted connections to the top and bottom of the concrete slabs. The channel fabrications were manufactured to spacings which matched the concrete slab depth making them far easier for the contractor to install.
