The Northern Cross development has been carried out in phases since c.2000 and is a successful and established mixed use scheme . Northern Cross is located within the North Fringe (Clongriffin /Belmayne) Strategic Development and Regeneration Area (SDRA), just outside Dublin.
The project will deliver 191 residential units in a single block, comprising up to 9 storeys over a basement. J&P’s ISOPRO® Balcony Thermal Breaks are being installed into precast balconies before being lifted into place.
Glenbrier Construction have completed some of the largest concrete frame contracts in Ireland. Their packages have included excavations of basements; groundworks; all insitu and precast concrete basements and superstructures for both developers and contractors.
